[13] About noon, King Agrippa, as I was on the road, I saw a light from heaven, brighter than the sun, blazing around me and my companions.
[14] We all fell to the ground, and I heard a voice saying to me in Aramaic, ‘Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.’
[15] “Then I asked, ‘Who are you, Lord?’ “ ‘I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,’ the Lord replied.
[16] ‘Now get up and stand on your feet. I have appeared to you to appoint you as a servant and as a witness of what you have seen and will see of me.
[17] I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles. I am sending you to them
[18] to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’

[13] right in the middle of the day a blaze of light, light outshining the sun, poured out of the sky on me and my companions. Oh, King, it was so bright!
[14] We fell flat on our faces. Then I heard a voice in Hebrew： 'Saul, Saul, why are you out to get me? Why do you insist on going against the grain?'
[15] "I said, 'Who are you, Master?' "The voice answered, 'I am Jesus, the One you're hunting down like an animal.
[16] But now, up on your feet--I have a job for you. I've handpicked you to be a servant and witness to what's happened today, and to what I am going to show you.

[18] to open the eyes of the outsiders so they can see the difference between dark and light, and choose light, see the difference between Satan and God, and choose God. I'm sending you off to present my offer of sins forgiven, and a place in the family, inviting them into the company of those who begin real living by believing in me.'

주님이 말씀하실 때 피할 길이 없습니다.

종종 하나님은 신자의 귀가 아니라 환경을 통해 말씀하십니다.
신자의 무지가 드러날 때
주님을 내 방식대로 섬기겠다고 할 때, 주님을 향한 신자의 무지가 드러날 뿐입니다.
주님을 돕겠다고 나서지만 주님께 상처를 드리거나, 입술로는 옳은 말을 하는데, 마음은 미움의 영으로 가득차 있곤 합니다.
(눅 9:55, 새번역) “예수께서 돌아서서 그들을 꾸짖으셨다. ("꾸짖으시고 말씀하시기를 '너희는 어떤 영에 속해 있는 줄을 모르고 있다. 인자가 온 것은 사람의 생명을 멸하려 함이 아니라 구원하려 함이다'하셨다.")
돌아보게 하는 질문들
열성이 있지만 내 방식대로 주님을 섬기겠다는 고집 때문에 예수님을 픽밥해온 것은 아닙니까?
내 의무를 마쳤다고 느끼지만 그 의무를 수행하면서 주님께 상처를 드린 적은 없습니까?
진정 주께서 맡기신 의무라면, 자신의 만족을 위해 수고할 것이 아니라 오직 겸손과 온유한 마음으로 섬겨야 할 것입니다.
종종 우리는 달갑지 않은 것은 뭐든지 지겨운 의무라고 말합니다.
그러나 하나님의 영이 신자속에서 말씀하실 때 “나는 주의 뜻을 행함으로 기쁩니다. 오 나의 하나님”이라고 고백하게 됩니다.(시 40:8, 새번역) “나의 하나님, 내가 주님의 뜻 행하기를 즐거워합니다. 주님의 법을 제 마음 속에 간직하고 있습니다."”
